Got the OK to workout whooo hooooo!!!



First time running in 6 months!
For those of you who don't know I am 25 weeks pregnant (6 months 1 week) and I have been on high risk for about the last 4 months. Yesterday I got the OK to start working out again which has bee the HIGHLIGHT of my pregnancy. I didn't realize how much effort went into working out until I went for a run this morning. My result was a 1/2 mile run with about a 1/2 mile walk. For me that is quite a downfall from my usual 5k. I wanted to show you all that it doesn't matter if you make it 10 feet or 10 miles, what matters is, that YOU took those first steps to a healthier lifestyle! I know that my time will increase as I push through the beginning stages of building up stamina again!!!
